Dr. Curl is uniquely qualified as a practicing DDS who then earned his DC degree at LACC. This combined experience led him to become one of the authorities in orofacial head pain. Dr. Curl was formerly the Director of Research, SORSI. Sacroccipital Research Society International. Prairie Village, Kansas. From 1999 to 2003 he was the Program Chair, UCLA Orofacial Pain Clinical Associates Study Group. Dr. Curl was a full professor at LACC in the department of diagnosis and was a Lecturer and Attending Clinician at the UCLA Orofacial Residency Program, School of Dentistry. Dr. Curl has authored and lectured extensively on the subject of TMJ and head pain. His working include author and editor of Chiropractic Approaches to Head Pain which forms the basis for the Head Pain Series of courses on this site.
